RPL is a Fast Track process that can be completed in a short time frame. It’s based on skills, knowledge and evidence you have acquired over the years to meet the requirements for the qualification.
BSB51319 Diploma in Work Health and Safety is crafted to meet the specific WHS requirements of construction companies of all sizes, aligning with guidelines from State Regulators. This program empowers individuals with crucial expertise and skills to effectively manage workplace WHS responsibilities. This includes tasks like appointing representatives and committees, overseeing contractors, handling incidents, and engaging with stakeholders.
 
To qualify for the RPL pathway, it is recommended that you:

Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in the building and construction field, encompassing related tasks within the industry.

Are at least 18 years old. Younger students may face challenges in meeting RPL criteria, as the process relies on acquiring knowledge and skills through life, work, and study experiences.
