BSB51319 Diploma in Work Health and Safety is crafted to meet the specific WHS requirements of construction companies of all sizes, aligning with guidelines from State Regulators. This program empowers individuals with crucial expertise and skills to effectively manage workplace WHS responsibilities. This includes tasks like appointing representatives and committees, overseeing contractors, handling incidents, and engaging with stakeholders.

Completion of BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety that include the core units or equivalent competencies below. Equivalent competencies are predecessors to the following units which have been mapped as equivalent.

• BSBWHS412 Assist with workplace compliance with WHS laws
• BSBWHS413 Contribute to implementation and maintenance of WHS consultation and participation processes
• BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management
• BSBWHS415 Contribute to implementing WHS management systems
• BSBWHS416 Contribute to workplace incident response
